Scott Pierce

Scott Pierce is a photographer/editor for My 9 News and Fox 5. He is responsible for shooting, editing and the operation of "microwave" news trucks for daily live coverage of news. Over his 21 years of service, Scott has covered countless live events such as: The inauguration of President Obama in Washington DC. He has also covered Presidential events at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in NY with President George Bush, the Popes Visit to NY, and at St. Patricks Cathedral continuous coverage of "911, The bombing of the World Trade Center", as it was happening.

Studio camera experience includes several Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Telethons. Performances with Sammy Davis Jr, Tony Bennett, Liza Minelli. Ben Vereen and many more. Scott has worked on daily productions of The Morton Downy Jr. Show, Howard Stern Show, The Richard Bey Show, Clint Holmes Show, Steam Pipe Alley and The Joan London Show and CBS Guiding Light.

Scott a graduate of New York Institute of Technology in Westbury, New York is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc and a founder of The National Give Back for Kids Campaign, Inc. Scott was chosen in February 2011 as Mc Donald’s Black Media Legend and was honored at the Waldorf-Astoria. He and his wife, Hope, have three children.
